Shipping & Delivery

Free nationwide delivery is included in our product prices. No separate standard delivery charge is added at checkout for delivery within South Africa.

Dispatch

Orders are prepared for dispatch once payment has cleared. Orders placed and paid before 12:00 on a business day may dispatch the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends or on public holidays are normally prepared on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times

• Gauteng and major centres: approximately 2–8 working days.
• Cape Town and other distant or outlying areas: approximately 4–8 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, peak periods, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking details are supplied after your order has been dispatched so that you can follow its delivery progress.
