Refund and Returns Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind the quality and satisfaction of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund under the following conditions:

 

• Satisfaction Return Window: This policy is valid for seven (7) days from the date of purchase. Returns or refund requests made beyond this period will not be eligible under the satisfaction guarantee.
• Product Usage: If you have used more than half of the product, you will not be eligible for a refund under this satisfaction guarantee. Returns will be accepted and fully refunded if less than half of the product has been used. This condition is in place to ensure fairness and prevent misuse of our return policy.
• Product Collection: Should you opt for a return under this policy, you are responsible for sending the products back to us at your cost. Apon receiving the items we will process the refund.
• Refunds Process: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
