NO SLUSHY MACHINE? NO PROBLEM.

Make a creamy coffee slushy at home.

Full-cream milk, BooM Ice Coffee concentrate and a blender suitable for frozen ingredients. That’s all you need.

  1. Freeze the milk. Measure 400 ml of full-cream milk, then freeze it in small ice-cube moulds.
  2. Add the coffee. Put the frozen milk cubes into your blender and add 100 ml of BooM Ice Coffee concentrate.
  3. Blend and enjoy. Blend until creamy, pour into your glass and serve immediately.

The recipe uses milk cubes. Measure the milk before freezing. Follow your blender’s instructions for frozen ingredients.

Slushies

For our standard flavoured syrups, mix 1 part syrup with 4 parts water. One 5L bottle makes 25L of ready-to-freeze slushy mix. Follow the instructions for your chosen product; Ice Coffee and specialist bases may have different recipes.

Snow Cones

For snow cones, dilute the concentrate at approximately 1 part syrup to 3 parts water. Pour it over finely shaved ice and adjust slightly to suit your preferred sweetness.

Summer Coolers

Add a small amount to chilled sparkling water, lemonade or soda, then adjust to taste. Serve over ice for a quick flavoured cooler.

Mocktails and Cocktails

Use BooM Syrups as the flavour base for mocktails, cocktails, frozen margaritas and daiquiris. Start with a small amount and adjust the dilution to suit the drink. When freezing alcohol in a slushy machine, follow the machine manufacturer’s guidance.

Bubble Tea

Add your chosen flavour to a tea or milk base, then finish with boba pearls and ice. Start lightly and increase the flavour until it suits your recipe.

Cordial-Style Drinks

Mix with still or sparkling water as a colourful cordial-style drink. Because the concentrate is strong, begin with plenty of water and adjust gradually.
