Mixing ratio and yield

• Mix 1 part concentrate with 4 parts water
• One 5L bottle makes 25 litres of finished slushy
• Approximately 71 x 350ml servings before wastage
• Target approximately 13° Brix for slushy machines

How to prepare

1. Add the ice-coffee concentrate to a clean mixing container.
2. Add four equal parts of water and mix thoroughly.
3. Pour the prepared mixture into your slushy machine and follow the machine manufacturer’s operating instructions.
